Jan Stevens, Rev. of the ADL, believes in the innate healing ability of the human body.She teaches practical, simple, self-help techniques — tools for a lifetime — to assist others in their quest for balanced healthy living. 

She has had 9 years of training and experience as a Chiropractic Assistant and Kinesiologist at Stevens Chiropractic and Wellness Center.She also has taught 20 years, 15 of which were in the NC Community College system.She has served as a consultant and trainer for educators, mental health professionals, businesses, and community organizations. 

She is a member of The Energy Kinesiology Association, Touch For Health Kinesiology Association, William Glasser Institute for Choice Theory and Quality Management, and The Association For Comprehensive Energy Psychology.She has been trained in the George Goodheart lineage of Applied Kinesiology doctors and practitioners.  As her ministry her energy balances focus on health and healing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spirituality. 

Jan offers individual, family, and group energy kinesiology sessions that enhance personal growth and professional development. Her sessions are educational, useful, and personally empowering.
